JOB SUMMARY:

• Agent Recruitment.
• Agent Development  
• Agent Training.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITY:

• Develop various sources of agents & build a team of agents & agents pipe line.
• Ensure product knowledge of the company by training.
• Field demonstration.
• Work closely with agents on planning and reviewing of activities and goals. 

ELIGIBILITY:

• Any graduate.
• Age not less than 24
• Experience-least 1 year in sales.
• Minimum 3 years in current city.
