Dear Candidate,

Greetings !!

We have an urgent opening for a Team Leader Operation with a well know BPO.

Roles and Responsibilities

Should be working as a Team Leader in any BPO.
Should have at least a year experience as a Team Leader.
Should know a basic technical terms like Shrinkage, Attrition, Occupany, Utilization, Csat, Dsat calculation, NPS
Should be able to manage all SLA's and Operation metrics
Should be comfortable working in rotational shift and 6 days working
Should be an immediate joiner

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduation is mandatory
Team Leader on paper experience is must
Excellent Communication skills
