Roles and Responsibilities

Genesys IVR application (Genesys Voice portal) development/integration/support experience.

Additional experience on developing Inbound call flows plus SIP experience also will be considered as long as its with the Genesys Voice portal experience..

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Genesys IVR development or Genesys Voice portal

No constraint on joining location.
