Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

* Cluster Manager will be responsible for the smooth functioning of all services that define customer experience at the residences.

* Responsible for delivery & audits of services including food, housekeeping, security, laundry, transportation, internet, with respect to timeliness, quality, quantity, staff management and compliance.

* Budget management; Own the P&L for all residences in the cluster and drive overall profitability by keeping a strong control over costs

* Customer satisfaction and complaint management;

* Vendor Management

* Rent collection

* Implement new tools created by the Technology team and drive usage.

* Implement pilots in the clusters.
