- Kotak Bank is hiring for Inbound Escalations
- Maximum salary - 3.5 LPA.
- This job is on the payroll of the bank.
- This role will work from office (Thane), and candidates will need to travel on their own.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Graduation mandatory.

- To attend the second level outbound/inbound calls of customers and process the queries & requests to customer's satisfaction
- To coordinate and follow up with respective department to ensure end to end resolution of assigned escalation call
- Responsible for quality communication and customer servicing within laid down productivity and service benchmarks.
- Ensure customer delight and consistent service experience, including timely resolution of customer queries/issues.
- Complete the logs specified by the process (End-of-day target)
- Adherence to Information Security norms & quality process norms.
- To be aware of and comply with any updates about the process
- Act on the feedback given by Team Leader/Team Coach or Quality or on the coaching provided to the team as guidelines for improving performance
- Cross sells bank products as and when required
Desired Candidate Profile
- Should be a least graduate
- Should be from banking background.
- Must have least 2 years Inbound customer service/escalation experience.
- Candidates should reside close to Thane
- Should not have employment gap for more than a month.
- Should have at least completed a year in current org.
- Good listening skills & Should have excellent communication skills
- Strong on follow ups
- Flexible to work in Rotational Day Shifts including Sunday/Bank holidays
