1) Answering premium customer queries via call channel.
2) Establish a relationship and trust with customers by ensuring qualitative service.
3) Passion to work in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and dynamic work environment
Requirements:
Required candidate with good English communication skills
Speaking in one regional language i.e., English / Hindi both are mandatory.
Availability of laptop / desktop, Windows 10, Wifi/Dongle/Broadband and Antivirus is mandatory.
Qualification:
Under graduate / Graduate / Post Graduate can apply.
Experience Required :
Fresher / Experience both can apply.
Shift Timings : Six days working & One rotational shift & rotational weekly off.
