We are hiring for Customer Service Executive for an MNC company in Bangalore.
Qualification: Any Graduation/10+2(with experience)
Exp - 0.6 - 3 yrs experience in call centre/Voice Process/Customer Service Executive.
CTC - upto 25K/Month
Shift Timing -Rotational Shift(Night Shift)
We can take Undergraduates too with experience of minimum 6 months to 2 years in Customer service Reprensative
The responsibility of an advisor as customer service associate will be to assist our customers end to end.
- High attention to details, accuracy, and quality for any queries around billing, package related and Broadband and Cable Setup box not working.
- Ability to multi-task in usage of different applications and tools.
- 58 Versant and regular V&A and OPS
- Prior call center work experience preferred.
- Mandatory the person need to work from Bang10
