We are looking for International US Voice/Chat Process- (Technical Support)
!!Job Profile!
- International US Voice/Chat Process- (Technical Support)
- Minimum 6 months Experience in International voice process.
- Technically should be sound/Fresher can also apply, must have excellent comm skills.
- Taking inbound calls with printer, router and antivirus issues from the customer.
- Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer.
- Excellent Understanding about customer service

Candidate Profile:
- Must Have Experience in Tech Support for more than 6 months-1 year
- If fresher, knowledge required, Networking, Windows 10, troubleshooting skills, technical support.
- Must have good convincing and sales skills.
- Candidates must be able to join immediately.
- Salary:Rs.21000-27, 000/ month(fixed) Huge Incentives.
- Shift : Should be comfortable working for Night Shift as per US
- Working Days: 5.5 days
- graduate/Undergraduate in any stream
