Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We are hiring Senior CI/CD Engineer_Chennai

Job Description:

Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and ongoing development of continuous build/integration infrastructure for Production, QA, and Dev environments.
Create and maintain fully automated CI build processes for multiple Java environments.
Automate the process of merging codes between Git repositories, build and deploy in multiple servers.
Write build and deployment scripts.
Work with third-party vendors to resolve infrastructure issues
Continually improve CI/CD tools, processes and procedures
To train the juniors in CI/CD processes and tools

Mandatory Experience, Skills and Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or other related field (MCA, BE CSE preferred)
Need to have at least 6+ years of overall IT experience including 4+ years of CI/CD Engineering experience.
Excellent knowledge of Linux systems, and Windows systems
Solid understanding of continuous integration, deployment and operations concepts.
Experience with a UNIX shell scripting and language such as Ruby/Perl/Python
Experience with code repositories Git, GitHub
Experience with continuous integration tools Maven, Jenkins, Chef/Puppet.
System administration exposure.
Desire to learn new skills
