We have Urgent openings for Assistant Acquisition Manager - CASA for Chennai.

Designation: Assistant Acquisition Manager - CASA

Grade: Assistant Manager - ( On the role of Kotak Mahindra Bank )

CTC to be Offered - Upto 3 LPA + Incentive

No of Position Open: 50

Note: Preferred candidate from Banking, NBFC, Insurance, Stockbroking and Telecom

Job Description:

To source customers for Current Account & Saving Account.
Customers to be sourced from individuals, small businesses, trusts, associations, societies, corporates.
Revenue Generation, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Cost Efficiency Through Process
Hardcore sales mentality. Primary motivation from the achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
Conducts regular promotional and customer events to generate leads
Cross selling of MF, Gold, Insurance and asset products.

Job Requirement:

Qualification - Minimum Graduate
Graduate with appropriate experience (1 year experience in liabilities sales preferred)
Hard core sales mentality. Primary motivation from achievement of targets. A hunter by orientation.
Should be well groomed and presentable with ambassadorship qualities.
Maximum Age limit - 30 yrs
