Network Engineer's job is to solve the technical problems of a computer user. . The other duties of a Network Engineer are training the end user when new software or IT regulations come to a company, or implementing new strategies and making users comfortable with the technology.

• Responsibilities:
• Responding to client support requests.
• Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
• Traveling to the clients location or connecting via remote link.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
• Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
• Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
