Job Description
You will be responsible for managing end to end client servicing, and guiding campaign delivery for a key business focus area.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Work with sales team to understand the Media Plan and KPIs of campaigns
- Work with the Campaign Operations team to ensure execution is in line with expectations
- Ensuring Business is healthy by driving Client Servicing aspects of reporting, invoicing and collections
- Build insights to improve delivery, optimization whilst ensuring repeat of business
- Participate in providing feedback to drive adoption of Brand Ad Solutions.
- Work with Product and Engineering to detect/troubleshoot issues in ad serving/reporting etc.
Education, Skills & Work Experience
- Experience in Mobile/Digital Marketing/Campaign Management is preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in managing Digital campaigns.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and challenging environment.
