JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Co-ordination with all Departments.
- Inventory Management - Maintaining complete stock for.eg, stationery, pantry
- Maintaining database of goods purchased.
- Vendor management.
- Handling incoming calls.
- Responding to sales email and follow-ups.
- Taking care of office overall upkeep and maintenance
- Preparing reports as required
- Filing all documents & necessary things to be submitted
- Coordinate and arrange for Courier.
- Other Admin related work.
