Job Description :

• World Leading Domestic BPO solve the queries/requests in inbound calls, E-mails etc. efficient customer service.
• Responding to customer service inquiries via phone and e- mail.
• Inbound Customer Service Centre.
• Assisting customer with making a satisfied Services.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service

Eligibility Criteria :

• Mandatory fluency in both ENGLISH & HINDI
• 24/7*365 days working environment, with 6 working days with 01 rotational Weekly Off
• Transportation is provided ONLY between 9 pm to 5 am

Education :

Freshers : Graduate or Undergraduate.

Non Freshers: 1+ yr BPO Experience must.
