We are Hiring for Costing Manager

Job Description:

• Preparing Cash Flow (Inflow & Outflow) to analyse the fund requirement and the financing cost associated.
• EPC cost Estimation of Heavy Civil Infra (Highways, Bridges, Airports, Metro elevated & underground TBM Tunnel)
• Reviewing Contractual Clauses and assessing risk at bidding stage and options of mitigating the same
• Rich knowledge in Rate Analysis, Direct-Costs, Indirect-Costs, Cash flow andCostflowPre- Contracts/ Post- contracts for underground &elevated metrorail, roads
• Manage complete Construction Project Management activities including preparation of resourcallocation & scheduling, budget preparation
• Formulating business plans/ budgets/ estimates for new projects.
