Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer - Leasing
In this role, you will be responsible for performing activities in Leasing / Collections process for UK clients. Focus on day-to-day deliverables at transactional level . Understand the process deliverable and effective working with client stakeholders to meet the agreed SLADocument all process steps and exceptions. Participate in daily team huddles for the process understanding.Focus on continuous process improvement and adaptive to change.

Responsibilities :
- Knowledge/experience of MS Excel and access with excellent analytics skills to develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication
- Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis as per customer request and provide appropriate solution.
- Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team
- Customer and District Relationship Management through e-mail and conference calls.
- Has to be good with numbers (calculation of percentage & ratios) Numerical ability
- Extremely good on written communication
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills Verbal & Written
- Basics Fundamental for Leasing account management
- Well versed with Excel and MS office tools.
- Ability to handle varied volumes of workloads and to meet targets and deadlines on time
- Ability to work independently, multitask and take ownership
Qualifications :
Minimum qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelors Degree B.Com, M.COM/MBA
Preferred qualifications:
- Good subject knowledge in F&A
- Recognized MS office certifications
- Experience in SAP & other work flow tool
