Roles you need to interact with inside the organization
- User Experience Designers, Visual Designers, Interaction Designers, UX Writers, Developers, Product Managers, Function-Head (Marketing)
- Create customer journeys, information architecture, and wireframes by leveraging previous research that meet the business goals while ensuring a positive user experience
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and communicate the same effectively, enabling the team to deliver
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders to align needs and requirements
- Build relationships and operating rhythms with members inside and outside the core product team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive, and well-informed
- Build a close relationship with our Data and Analytics team to be able to leverage knowledge through these partners, and help elevate patterns and problems to product stakeholders
- Plan, schedule, conduct, and synthesize research sessions with existing users as well as potential new users
- Synthesize and develop artifacts (reports, presentations, persona profiles) to help inform product teams prioritize new features or improvements to existing functionality
- You would be required to identify and set product strategy, envision complex UX ecosystems and inspire teams to push the boundaries of whats possible.
- You need to possess a clear vision of the future of user experience and have the courage to pursue forward-thinking design.
- It is really a hybrid role in more ways than one. From defining the strategy for the product design, and guiding your junior team members to implement it, to actually doing the hands-on work.
- You are a great design team leader, manager, systems-level design thinker and visionary - with an outstanding intuition - who will provide leadership and direction for a team of designers.
- You have a sense for clean design and are committed to creating elegantly simple user experiences from otherwise complex workflows.
- You also take time to understand performance side of design, and also the business aspects of the products.
- You are someone who is passionate about quality, usability and simplicity
