Designation: Desktop Engineer

Work Timings: Rotational Shift

Job Location: Ghansoli,Navi Mumbai

Knowledge: Computer devices, Antivirus, checking system issues

Minimum 2 year Experience

Qualifications: Any degree

Max Salary : 25,000 per month

Responsibilities

1. Must have experience on windows 8.0 and windows 7 operating systems.

2. Responsible for providing computer hardware & software support to remote users

3. Troubleshooting of computer issues

4. Setting up computer security measures.

5. Configuring computer networks on desktop

6. Offering technical support by using helpdesk s/w

7. Timely escalation of major issues.

8. Timely ensure closure of ticket within agreed TAT.

9. Should have experience on Computer Operating Systems, Basic Softwares and Antivirus

10. Ability to work under stress and work with conflicting deadlines and priorities

Knowledge of latest technologies

Ready to work in 24/7 environment

Good communication skills
