We have requirement for Relationship Manager -  Home Loans for our Retail Asset vertical. Interested candidates  can share their CV to ch************o@sb******c.com Please find the below details Role :  Relationship Manager-Home  Loan CTC: UPTO 5 L/A + Monthly Performance Incentive
Criteria : Candidates should have min. 3YRS of exp in Home Loans/ Mortgage Loans  He/She  must have marketing exposure of Bangalore.


Note : We are  only considering the profiles who has having relevant exps & residing at Bangalore.


 Job Profile
-Fulfilling the leads. Implement & develop sales activities to achieve target by sourcing new customers majorly by own sourcing complemented by the quality of sourcing reflected in delinquency and run-offs
-Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
-Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of home loan programs.
-Develop and maintain strong relationship with the clients for repeat business or referrals.
-Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan.
-Ensure the achievement of given business target.
-Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.

Required Candidate profile

Candidates should have min  3yrs of Exp in Home Loans / Mortgage or Business  Loans.

Candidates should have good presentation skill with good knowledge of  market in Bangalore.
