JOB DESCRIPTION - CLINICAL COORDINATOR

Position Responsibility summary:

Face to face meeting and counselling with Patient
Telephonic counseling post written Patient consent to the Patients where face to face
counselling is not possible
Capturing and reporting In the specified format within the agreed timeframe
Also need to keep track of follow up visit.
Qualification & Skills:
Science Graduate/DMLT/BSC-MLT/ Diploma in Dialysis technician
Experience in Counselling 0-4 years
Good communication in local language of respective city and English Good counselling and articulation skills

Compassion and empathy skills required
Good comprehension skills
Should know areas of the city
More patients onboarding through counselling skills Ready to travel Out stations as well as within the city Should have knowledge about Peritoneal dialysis
