We have Urgent openings for Branch Manager for the Ahmedabad location.
Grade to be Offered: Senior Manager/ Chief Manager (M4/M5)
No. of Position: 5
Note:Preferred Candidate only from Banking/ BFSI sector Only
Key responsibilities:
- Branch administration at authorize level
- Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers.
- Credit Underwriting of retail loans like tractors / small commercial vehicles.
- Regulatory compliance.
- Manage productivity, the morale of branch personnel.
- Establishing standards and delivery of customer service.
- Sale of non-deposit products. Cross-selling targets progressively.
- Sale of MF and insurance products.
- Fee income.
Candidate Profile / Experience / Education Qualification
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Should have a minimum of 2 yrs of experience as Branch Manager/ Head
- Enhancement of Deposit pool from customers
- Establishing standards and delivery of service
- Sale of non-deposit products. Cross-selling targets progressively
- Sale of MF and insurance products
- Branch administration
- Regulatory compliance
- Maximum Age - 35 yrs
