Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Responsible to resolve first level problems pertaining to MS Office, Outlook and other online related front-end applications technical issues in an accurate and timely manner.
• Provide L1.5 technical guidance in activities associated in solving desktop issues with Windows OS, Mail client (Outlook) End
• Activities include recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up steps.
• Responsible for logging and allocation of the calls.

Desired Candidate Profile :

• Must be a Graduate preferably technical graduate.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a Technical support /Helpdesk/Service Desk role.
• Good troubleshooting knowledge of MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office & COTS applications etc.
• Should possess excellent communication skills
• Must possess excellent customer handling skills

Shift : Rotational shifts (24*7)
