Job Description
We are looking for Principal Software Engineer (m/f/x) for our product development @ Chennai.
Start: ASAP
Location: Guindy, Chennai

Principal Software Engineer Backend (m/f/x)
Responsibilities:
- Produce high quality, clean, tested, well-documented and maintainable code that allows us to scale
- Monitor and fine-tune our systems for optimal performance
- 75% coding and 25% Perform code reviews
- Think about long term architectures and design
- Lead a project end to end. Design, plan, estimate, execute engineering deliverables and also clarify, communicate clearly to establish expectations for all stake holders
- Guide 5-10 engineers on technology and design side
- Work with Engineering head to establish strong engineering practices
- Use tools like JIRA effectively to give clear visibility into deliverables
Requirements:
- Must have 8 - 12 experience in python, AWS and believer of strong engineering practices
- Good at ownership, organization, prioritization, collaboration
- Experience in SaaS companies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proven experience in building complex applications using microservices
- BE or MS in computer science graduate
- Love to work in startup environment and handle ambiguity
Principal Software Engineer Frontend (m/f/x)
