Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Virtual Relationship Model would be Tele-based model where the customer is mapped to Tele RM, with complete ownership. The RM is one point contact for customer with objective of Deepening; converting accounts to primary relationship; resolution of Queries and Escalations
- This job is on the payroll of the bank.
- This role will work from office ( Bommanahalli, Bangalore), and candidates will need to travel on their own.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
- Graduation mandatory.
- Candidates in and around Thane can apply.
- Maximum age - 32 years
- Shift timings - 9.30am to 6.30pm.

- Develops and expands existing High Net worth Customer relationships for liabilities
- Deepens relationships sourcing family accounts
- Cross sells bank products & builds penetration for remote banking channels like net/mobile banking
- Informs customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.
- Maintains complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.
- Ensures high levels of customer service orientation to meet benchmark NPS.
- Collaborates with the field sales teams to ensure lower cycle times and best conversion ratios
Desired Candidate Profile
- Graduate with good English communication.
- Minimum experience of 6 months in sales.
- Candidate should have a pleasing personality and should be presentable.
- Should be dedicated and display integrity.
- Willingness to learn with an attitude of continuous improvement.
