Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Minimum 3 years of IT experience
• Hands on experience with Hardware and software Installation
• Vendor Management - must coordinate with all Vendors
• Capable enough to handle the escalations raised in the shift
• Willing to work in shifts
• Working Knowledge on Office 365
• Patching Windows systems
• Troubleshooting Desktop issues
• Inventory Management

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and configuring software, hardware and networks
• Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues
• Should work on regular tickets and handle other tasks
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Good Technical abilities required to support the team for quick triage
• Take responsibility: go extra mile when needed
• Ensuring security and efficiency of IT infrastructure
• Ensure documentation is prepared wherever applicable
