Job Description

This is a Team Lead position with responsibility of leading or supervising a team.

The Team Lead is responsible for developing new and existing audit concepts, gaining client acceptance, training all audit levels.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum qualification Under Grad/Graduation.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum 1.5 years experience as team leader on paper.
Strong working knowledge and understanding of voice customer support must .
Minimum 2 years of team management experience required.
Good team player with strong interpersonal skills and high integrity.
Flexible on work timings & Immediate joiners will be preferred.
