Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Should have 0 to 3 year experience in NonIT recruitment, BPO Hiring, Sales Hiring, Sales Recruitment for International Voice process BDE,
Should have excellent communication skills.
Searching Candidates as per the requirement of company.
Managing complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing best talent to the company within set time lines.
Handling End-to-End sourcing activities for different levels.
Scheduling interviews and follow ups with candidates.
Sourcing & Screening of candidates through Job Portals Naukri, Monster, Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Mail Blasting, professional sites, networking, head hunting, Employee References .
Arranging & conducting Interviews/Initial screening of the candidates/ handling End to End recruitment process.
Communicating with all candidates on a regular basis.
Maintain contact with the offered candidates till their joining and so on.
Meeting targets within given deadlines.
Experience working on bulk.
