Roles and Responsibilities


  • Taking Induction of Ericsson new joiners on EGI REFM
  • Ensuring the adherence to the checklists maintained by the technicians and the supervisors.
  • Preparing Budget and requirement list
  • Managing Space and workstation requirement as per client need
  • Cafeteria Management
  • Suggesting and implementation of new ideas for podium and retail management
  • Employee Engagement activities - arranging the food, snacks, decoration during Festival Celebration in office within the stipulated time.
  • Responsible for booking the conference rooms for the meetings scheduled and doing necessary arrangements.
  • Handling the queries and complaints of the employees and taking necessary actions.
  • Maintaining Attendance and Over Time Sheet Management.

Salary-28k in hand

Exp required -5 years
