Job Description

Job responsibilities include but not limited to:

The ETL developer will collaborate on the definition and enhancement of data collection, analysis, and governance processes, working with the business to curate the data and with data engineers to acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems. In this role, the developer will be responsible for data extraction and delivery to the Supplier Operations applications. Understanding of web service calls, JSON formats and overall source system data definitions will be required in order to confirm accuracy of data feeds.

Technical Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, Statistics or a related field.
At least 3 years in a data analyst position, preferably working as a Data Analyst in a fast-paced and dynamic business setting.
Able to analyze large, complex data sets to identify trends and recommend action aligned to business objectives; experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets.
Experience in reporting, data models, data mining, transformation, and segmentation techniques.
Experience evaluating internal systems for data management efficiencies; developing and maintaining protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
Practical experience with programming languages (XML, JavaScript, ETL frameworks). Strong background in SQL.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong experience putting together dashboards and visualizations
