Roles and Responsibilities
For Mechanical
- Overall responsible for the Operation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of Service Floor-V.
- Ensure operation of all the equipment / systems in the unit / area assigned.
- Equipments to be operated and maintained are
- AHUs
- Ventilation Units
- Scrubber
- Electrical Equipments.
- Plate heat Exchanger
- Filter Cleaning booth and related equipment
- Super chillers, Vacuum pump, Centrifugal pump,
- Water cooler, Gas line filter, Potable water filter,
- Nitrogen change over,
- Diesel generator
- Vacuum cleaner
- BMS
- Potable Water Underground tanks and accessories
- Quartz Filters, Auto Filters
- Potable water Pumps, Dosing Pumps
- Potable Water Overhead tanks and accessories
- All potable water
- Any other Equipment installed on service floor.
For Electrical
Ensure operation of all the equipment / systems in the unit / area assigned
Equipments to be operated and maintained are;
- Diesel Generator
- Boilers
- MCC panels
- ETP Maintenance
- Pumps
- Fire Hydrant system
- Water Treatment for chilled water and cooling tower system.
- PCC Panels
- Utilities and Pipings
- Electrical Equipments
- Air Dryer
- Air Receivers
- HSD Tanks and FO tanks (FO Yard)
- Any other equipment installed in Utility
Ensuring Operation of Equipments as per requirement and proper documentation completion
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ensure completion of all PPMs scheduled in the area in a timely manner
- Preparation of Annual PPM planner and schedules, review of checklist
- Ensuring completion of PPM on time and at actual with proper document completion
- Ensure response to issues / complaints on time and resolution of the breakdowns.
- Attending breakdowns immediately keeping low downtime
- Coordinating for generating the work orders for maintenance and modification works
- Ensure proper resource planning for all planned activities
- Ensuring manpower, spares, PPM & daily documents and other utilities requirement for completion all planned
- Ensure required spares and consumables availability for the Operations and PPM activities
- Overall responsible for maintaining of required inventory level for all equipment spares and
Consumables like lubricants, belts, formaldehyde, sodium hypochlorite, etc.
- Follow up with Cipla purchase to get the required material in time.
- Tracking of existing spares required for equipment maintenance and updating spares list from
Time to time.
- Checking of Indent/ CER raised for procuring new material, and keeping track of the same
- Routine Activities
- Ensure proper completion of daily documents on time.
- Ensure all equipments are running as per requirement.
- Taking round of service floor and surrounding area for verification of abnormalities of equipments and cleanliness.
- Ensure completed log books are closed by QA and as per required logs are issued from QA department
- Ensure Statutory compliance
- To comply all the statutory requirements laid down by the governing authorities relating to utilities, and mechanical installations. E.g. pressure vessels, electrical rules, PCB rules, IBR rules etc.
- Ensure GMP compliance
- Ensuring to meet the requirement of respective quality standards and to ensure the maintenance of records and annexure pertaining to various SOPs
- Compliance to all audit requirements with respect to documentation, Data availability and records management.
- Ensure Building and premises are presentable
- Maintain 5S standards. Keep the area clean and tidy, without any accumulation of unwanted materials.
- Ensure effective communication with client and team
- Daily briefing to employees, cascade of information to the team on the operational deliverables, issues, highlights
- Ensure training and skill development of team members
- Ensure training and development of team members. Adhere to training calendar. Develop Trainers in the team for all equipment and systems
- Ensure proper administrative control
- Leave / Shift changes: You would recommend to Deputy Facility Manager the technicians leave. Allow shift changes and inform the Deputy Facility Manager accordingly.

- Experience required- 5+ Years in Pharma industry
- Salary Budget- up to Rs.35000 Gross
