Job Description

Summary

Assist legal team as a support in many aspects of business &litigation. The person would be responsible for MIS reporting as per our internal established process.

Essential duties and responsibilities

Work closely with our lawyers to design, build and automate standard business and litigation reports and dashboards using VBA macros
Ensure the accuracy of the results and resolve the variances effectively and efficiently
Gather data from different sources in a chronological order and create data sets for our lawyers and our internal stakeholders
The person should support us in data intelligence along with driving efficiency by using statistical tools to interpret data sets, paying particular attention to find avenues for automation that could be valuable to our lawyers and
Ensure the accuracy of the results and resolve the variances effectively and efficiently.

Required knowledge, skills and abilities:

MIS reporting experience (relevant experience 4-6 years);
Highly proficient with MS Excel, VBA, macros, tableau, data visualization & data interpretation,;
Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi - task and juggle simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment & manage all to completion;
Advanced excel is Must;
Ability to plan, organize and carry out multiple related activities; and
Ability to work in a multiple office location in Bangalore.
