Job Description

We are hiring for HR Recruiter for well reputed company for Sector 49 Gurgaon.

Designation :- HR Recruiter

Experience:1-2 years in core recruitment

Joining: Immediate or from Monday 2^ndNov

Job Responsibilities are mentioned below:

Recruit and manage the in house & clients hiring needs.
Assess technical requirements and assign it to the team or work hands on until a team is established.
Constantly check on recruiter's call/submission/Interview volume.
Ability to foster healthy employee relations with the leadership skills.
Handling end to end recruitment.
Client Coordination with existing and new clients.

Key Skill required:

Excellent communication and 'people' skills
A confident and positive attitude
The ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Good organizational and administrative skills
