Job Role / Objective :

In your role as AM - Accounts, your day-to-day tasks will consist of processing of vouchers, vendor & employee advance management, inventory management and MIS preparation.

Key Responsibilities Processing invoices, records payments, and track employee expenses.

Accounts reconciliation and knowledge of overseas payment process documents
Co-ordination with vendors, operation team, allied team etc
Verification of expense and managing petty cash
Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the management
Assisting in budget preparation.
To monitor budget V/s actual expenses variance
TDS and GST impact in books of accounts as per provisions
Branch & Bank reconciliation.
In time salary processing
Ensure passing of timely inward, consumption entries and reconciliation with inventory system.
Control over fixed assets.
Timely TDS, GST, PT, PF deposition of levy and their return.

Key Skills Hands on experience in Tally.

Knowledge of TDS and GST provisions.
Proficient in general accepted accounting principles.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong Analytical Abilities.
Communication & Interpersonal Skills.
