Job Responsibilities:
- Application management and monitoring:
- Support Title Production and Settlement, Asset Management, Asset Resolution and Default Management services business functions. Activities include software distribution, upgrades, user profile management, version control, backup and recovery and job scheduling etc.
- Application Integration setup:
- Manage internal (ResWare to ResWare) system integrations to improve internal and vendor productivity
- Partner with technology team to build integration with external applications
- Troubleshoot integration failures
- Underwriter rate manual mapping:
- Place controls to ensure accurate fee management of all Title Insurance products. Maintain and update title premium rates for all states and underwriters. Default fees in ResWare including amount and payee based on product fee schedule
- Title Policy and Commitment template mapping
- Design and maintain application workflows:
- Create and modify all ResWare workflows for new and existing products based on compliance, customer and operational requirements. Provide guidance to business to maximize system functionality. Ensure workflows are in compliance
- Support Internal Audit and Compliance testing:
- Participate and provide necessary data to internal and external auditors on system security, ResWare platform, financial controls, vendor controls etc.
- Adhoc Reports & Automations:
- Review requirements and provide adhoc or inhouse reporting support. Process improvements, Process re-engineering using possible application inbuilt or outside application automation to reduce manual interventions
- Design product templates
- ResWare web portal management
- Process and application optimization
- Identify and drive application automation projects
- Order validation and placement for various business functions
- Design process and application performance improvement projects
- Mentor and Motivate team members
