Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled, experienced IT manager to join our organization. In this position, you will empower manufacturing engineers & managers to use information systems and digit technology to create efficiency and achieve business objectives. You must be a user-focused collaborator with an extensive background in deploying software and information technology systems in a manufacturing environment.

IT and Digital Manager Job Roles and Responsibilities
Participate in creating and deploying digital roadmap for the manufacturing organization to create business efficiency
Deploy technology and IT infrastructures to achieve the roadmap
Provide expert technical assistance to users, including training and feedback
Communicate with staff at all levels of organization
Define hardware, software, and network requirements
Analyze organizational IT needs; provide independent and objective advice for improvement
Develop solutions and present compelling proposals
Implement agreed-upon solutions for new and improved IT systems
Assist clients through the change-management process
Design, test, install and monitor IT systems
Prepare documentation and progress reports for users
Maintain dashboard of IT efficiency metrics
Ensure security of the organization

IT and Digital Manager Requirements And Qualifications
Engineering degree in computer science, software engineering, information systems, or related field required
5+ years experience as IT engineer in a manufacturing environment deploying IT systems
2+ years in Management role
Superior logical and analytical skills; strong problem-solving ability
Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical clients and colleagues
