Job Brief:
Responsible for attending complaints within SLA, Completing PM in time, invoicing in time, payment recovery, Getting new business - AMC & Small Projects, Planning and getting PM done as per schedule, Identify the training need for team members, Conduct & coordinate for the training program, Get thorough technical knowledge of the system we are maintaining, Get training if required, Share knowledge with team members if required assist them manpower management, Yearly appraisal Inventory management.
Job Description
1.Planning PM
Prepare Week calendar for each client, Completing PMs in time, Updating equipment database for each client, Analyzing PM reports, and suggest good practices, Getting customer feedback for service.
2. Business Unit Profit & Loss
Deliver Sales, Gross margin and Gross Profits as per Annual Business Plan, Break Down & Service, Intime performance, Service Response & Resolution Time, Keeping and Maintaining all complaint and resolution records, Small Works project management process
3.Complaints Handling
Recording all the complaints, Assign manpower according to nature of the complaint, Resolution the complaint within SLA, Updating the client and our database after the resolution, Analysis of complaints and taking corrective measures to avoid recurrence, Managing stock for AMC material, Attend client meetings, Adding value to the services rendered.
4.Billing
Follow up for outstanding payments, Planning sheet for billing, Submission of bills on time with all supportive documents., Payment follow up
5.Knowledge
Identify the Training need for Team members, Conduct & coordinate for the training program, Get thorough technical knowledge of the system we are maintaining. Get training if required, Share knowledge with team members. If required assist them.
6. Manpower management
Consider the workload for each engineer, technician and accordingly assign work, Monitor each person is doing assigned work in the assigned time slot, Maintain discipline, Give requirements to P&L head regarding new requirements -Take 1st round of interview, Design set of questions for the interview, Give requisition for uniforms, shoes, tool kit, safety gears as required.
