Job Responsibilities:
- Understanding the data/system needs of the business
- Business/Process data analysis, gathering reporting requirement and reports development
- Data identification, collection, validation, collation and preparation of various reports
- Adhoc analysis to facilitate executive management in decision making
- Respond to the need of internal & external entities for data, analytical and quantitative support
- Order assignment to internal/external & Client support
Key Result Areas:
- Work in conjunction with the other team members in the gathering of the detailed reporting requirements
- Understanding and customization of the tools used for the various processes
- Understand business process needs and develop process workflows
- Act as a liaison between various team members, both internal and external
- Assist in the development of overall process scope, including feature set and functionality
- Report development and sharing with the management based on the business needs
Required Skills:
- Good analytical and independent problem solving skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel Advance and SQLqueries.
