Job Description
1. Managing the existing and Recruitment of the New agents.
2. Planning and devising the local scheme and engagement program for Agents.
3. Ensuring agent productivity and activation.
4. Training and agent life cycle management.
5. Brand development by conducting road shows.
6. Ensure Nil discrepancy and high customer service satisfaction.
7.Service agents and assigned to them
8.Resolve the grievances/queries/ escalations by the agents.
