Job Description
Hardware & NetworkTroubleshoot reachability Issues. Validate Hardware errors by use of Show commands and Verifying .
Communicate with vendors / OEM for replacements / upgrades of HW / Application.
Trouble shoot issues independently & guide the team members for resolution
Handle situations at times of incidents while communicating with business
VPN
Configuring VPN tunnels, hashing algorithm understanding.
Perform changes upon request, document and educate team on the changes.
Packet captures on VPN device and end user devices.
Proxy
Install and Setup proxy servers according to the customer requirement.
Acquire Knowledge on the entire environment, document and transfer the same through trainings.
Firewall
Install and setup Firewall according to the customer environment. ( Customization)
Optimization of the rule sets
Triage with Different teams to implement new projects.
Multitenant Architecture, Application security Architecture
