Job Description

Batch Plant Operator
Qualification: Diploma or certificate in equivalent
Experience: Should have minimum 5 years experience as a concrete Batch Plant Operator
Operate the concrete batching plant all as per the Quality system procedures, plant operation.
Batch concrete as per the recipes and designs prescribed by the company and directed by the shipping clerk.
Remain aware of the production process and note any changes in product consistency that may be due to an undetected change in constituent materials or a mechanical failure of the plants operating system or equipment. Report any such observations to either the yard supervisor or in his absence to the laboratory.
Where a recognizable problem with the plant or constituent material occurs inform the appropriate parties and complete a trouble report form all in accordance with the company quality system.
