Job Description

1. Min Education Qualification - BE/B.Tech
2. Minimum work experience - 5 to 7 years as Production Supervisor/Asst. Manager in Forging, Machining, Press Shop, Powder coating etc. in a bicycle/auto parts mfg. unit with overall responsibility of cost-effective Production,PPC,Rejection control,Train juniors in modern manufacturing practices in amedium/small scale engineering company.

The company must have varied manufacturing departments in-house. The candidate must have experience in handling multiple departments like forging, machining, press shop, powder coating etc. Salary Range - 30,000 to 40,000 Per Month.
3. He would be responsible to ensure good quality material is delivered to the customers while continuously bringing the costs down. He would also be a major part of the growth story (increase output, start new product lines etc)
4. He would also be involved in cost reduction and suggest improvement in manufacturing process.
Ludhiana candidates will be preferred.
