We have urgent opening for R & D Manager one of our Pigment Mfg industries
Location : Dahej
CTC : 15 Lacs.
Job Responsibility
Strong analytical skills and Synthesis for all range of pigments.
Analytical Techniques && Research of Various Raw Materials and their Effects on Pigment Quality
Well versed with TQM (Deming); skilled with the usage of statistical techniques and installation of lab instruments;
conversant with FMEA && ISO standards and the use of coatings, resin, paint, pigments, etc.
Successfully working with technical consultancy for chemical industries for Pigment Industry.
Played a significant role in formulating long-term strategic plans towards operational excellence
Expertise in end-to-end execution of research && development projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time
over-runs && quality compliance including Coating Formulation Development, Yield Improvement, Pigments manufacturing
for Automotive Applications, etc.
Distinction of coordinating and monitoring the production && manufacturing processes related to all type of Pigment paint &&
coating; spearheading production related tasks including planning, control && troubleshooting for achieving the planned
periodic schedules && process control
Instrumental in directing && motivating workforce and imparting training for accomplishing greater operational efficiency
Excellent motivational skills to sustain growth momentum while motivating peak individual performances
Involved in the creation of new product concepts based on customer needs in Pigment Industry.
Synthesis of super opaque pigments.
Synthesis of Intermediates required for High performance pigment.
Setting up, calibrating, operating and maintaining a variety of laboratory and/or field research equipment as specified by
the requirements of the research study.
Process scale-up in co-ordination with Process Development and Engineering in Pigment Industry
Make sure that all production deviations are reported and evaluated and that critical deviations are investigated and the
conclusions are recorded.
Coordinate with other department for achieving company target for production.
Training of personnel and networking.
Bi-product synthesis and its characterization for registration.
