  • Understanding of Rural Market
  • Ability to gain product knowledge for all 4 PLs like Fans,Pumps,Appliances,Lighting
  • Appointing Super-Stockists
  • Team Management Skills
  • DMS, Field-Assist, Tallypatch, SAP
