Job responsibilities would include, but not limited to sourcing talent through different sources, Headhunting, Cold Calling, Internet Mining, Research, Industry mapping, Talent Mapping, Candidate Engagement, Client-Candidate Relationship Management, Salary Negotiation, Job Positioning and follow ups during and after the interviewing process. You would deal with some of the best of talent and clients in IT, Ecommerce, Analytics, Financial Services, Banks, Mobile Applications, Pharma & Healthcare, Telecommunications, FMCG and Retail industry.
Required Competencies:
* Superior presentation and excellent oral and written communication skills
* Strong interpersonal skills; ability to influence C-level candidates; superior convincing and negotiation skills.
* Strong analytical skills and an ability to think out-of-the box
* Multitasking, Self-motivated and can work in a fast paced and confidential work environment
