Required Experience and Qualifications:
Qualification: 12th passed / Undergraduate / Graduate
Gender: Male / Female
Experience 1 year to 4 years
Job Location: Delhi & NCR
Responsibilities include:
Able to handle the online platforms like Amazon , Flipkart , Snapdeal , Shopclues, Indiamart, TradeIndia etc.,
Managing orders and inventory
Cataloguing of products
Optimization of products on above Marketplaces so the products rank organically for specific keywords.
Running Ads on these platforms will be an added advantage
Create and Manage Store listing on mentioned platforms.
Monitor, evaluate and respond to charge-back claims on a daily basis with various customer
Conduct analysis and process payment dispute claims with various customers in accordance with internal process and SLA time frames
Closely work with Accounting and order fulfillment team in order to create payment dispute and track the payment .
Ability to analyze information, think through difficult problems, and make critical decisions based on limited information
Respond quickly & proactively in handling queries and/or complaints related to Accounts, carriers, delivery schedules, POs & other related matters.
Updating tracking as well as inventory stock on the eCommerce website in a timely manner
Requirements:
Ability to resolve complex issues with minimal direction
Knowledge of Basic Accounting a requirement.
Awareness of basic warehouse and logistics process preferred.
Knowledge of MS Office
Must have Excellent command over spoken and Written English
Self-motivated, an active thinker and fast learner with good problem solving skills
Strong ability to work within a team.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
