Job Description

Vishal Builders is looking Professional for the suitable position of "Project Manager" for Building Construction under Government Project.

Industry- Civil Construction/Engineering

Project- Building Construction (Govt. Project)

Position- Project Manager/ Incharge

Experience- +15 Years into Building Construction

Qualification- BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering from recognized College/ University

Project Location- Bangalore

Skills Required-

- Candidate should have minimum 15 Years of experience into Commercial/Industrial Building Construction under Government Projects

- Should have good experience of Project Planning, Monitoring, Billing, QS, Coordination, Correspondence, Liaison with Client

- Capable to handle overall Team, should have leadership quality, punctuality

- Strong exposure of Site Execution, Client Billing. Must have knowledge of DSR, IS Code

- Willing to relocate Bangalore immediately or in 10 days
