Job Description

• Profile, maintain and update records of all contractors in the territory / unit.
• Track and promote business engagement of adopted contractors with the company.
• Ensure the contractors meet mandatory requirements and upgrade in the tier hierarchy.
• Co-ordinate with TSO and other retail team members as and when required.
• His job involves meeting contractors, profiling them, identifying a set of contractors that can be adopted for - training, professional grooming such that this contractor set becomes recommendable to consumers.
• Ensure site evaluation & on-site assistance for adopted contractors.
