Position: Sales and Account Management Executive

Experience level: 2- 3 years

Role: Executive/Sr.Executive - Inside Sales

The Sales Executive will be responsible for (1) identify, qualify and acquire potential new buyers and suppliers onto the client's matchmaking platform (2) Drive sales from existing sellers and buyers via proactive account management techniques and relationship building.
Duties: Strategic planning and execution of lead generation, acquisition, and account management & development techniques, proactive follow-up
Responsibilities:

  • Own process of buyer/seller database generation, sales outreach, and lead generation
  • Proactively profile target accounts to identify key decision-makers and other relevant information to generate new business opportunities and build the sales funnel
  • Setup intro/demo meetings through phone calling and email
  • Convert leads into prospects by communicating the value proposition tailored to the needs of senior decision-makers or influencers in the identified target industry verticals.
  • Maintain the sales database of existing buyers and sellers, including comprehensive data entry, setting alarms/reminders for follow-up, and lead tracking
  • Help connect existing businesses with their trading partners
  • Drive a high level of engagement among existing buyers and sellers
  • Maintain a level of metrics to meet activity goals (call volume, email, and lead objectives).
  • Maintain current knowledge of products, customers, and competitive product differences.
  • Drive revenue and contributes to the continued growth through consistently achieving individual and team quotas.
  • Teams up with regional field sales employees within the territory on planning and execution.
  • Updates and maintains the CRM system

Experience

  • 2+ years business-to-business (B2B) sales experience of high-tech products/services is preferred
  • Bachelors Degree preferred (a combination of education and experience will be considered)
  • Experience driving the sales process across internal and external teams (channel, engineering, marketing, field)
  • Ability to find an approach to different types of persons in order to establish positive and lasting relationships
  • Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment; must be a high-energy, motivated self-starter
  • Ability to adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities

Knowledge
  • Exceptional written communications and electronic correspondence skills, with knowledge of basic business research tools
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and the ability to relay information to potential customers
  • Fintech industry
  • Proficiency in MSOffice based automation tools (Excel, Outlook, etc)
  • Strong interest and passion for technology innovation and the industry
Skills Required
