Roles and Responsibilities
1) Responsible for handling end to end non technical inhouse requirement- Base level hiring to leadership level hiring
2) Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: Sourcing, Screening, interviewing, offer, negotiation and onboarding.
3) Sourcing from Job Portals (Naukri, Monster), Creating job postings on Portal.
4) Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
5) Responsible for achieving a good conversion rate of resume submissions into interview and selection.
6) Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding client requirements & market mapping.
7) Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
8) Should have good communication skills
Skills Required:
Looking for min 3 years of experience in Domestic Non-Technical Recruitment.
Must have worked on requirements like customer care support, Analyst, Backend profile
Must have experience on BPO- Bulk & volume hiring & campus hiring
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Should be from Domestic recruitment background.
Good interpersonal and team coordination skills.
Must be proactive & self-driven.
Must be a quick thinker.
