Designation : Business Development Manager - Franchise

Job Location : Vishakapatnam

Job Roles & Responsibilities :

Responsible for business development through acquisition of franchisees/Business Associates for generating revenue through Equity/Commodity/Currency/Mutual Funds/Bonds/Insurance...etc

Responsible for training and development of new franchisee in Products, Client meetings, Lead generation.

Responsible for monitoring the performance and ensuring that the existing franchisee relationships are further strengthened.

Desired Profile

Graduate/Post graduate with 3year of experience into Broking, Insurance- agency recruitment.

Aggressive and confident individuals with sound knowledge with Financial/Investment products.

Good communication skills and presentation are a prerequisite.

Candidates who are currently in developing equity business in Broking companies.

Candidates who are currently in profile of acquiring agents for insurance business in Insurance companies.

Candidates who are currently acquiring and handling IFA's [Individual Financial Advisors] in AMC's [Mutual Fund Companies]
